Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested by independent third-party laboratories to ensure fairness. Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of cards dealt, roulette wheel spins, or dice rolls as captured by streaming video. In the rare event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcome, the affected game round may be voided and stakes refunded.

In no event shall apo138's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
